Musim semi adalah saat yang tepat untuk berlibur. Danau biasanya jadi lokasi yang tepat untuk menghabiskan masa liburan, melepaskan kepenatan sehari-hari. Biasanya kalau sudah berlibur, semuanya bisa lepas kendali dan tak sedikit pula yang akhirnya malah menyesali apa yang mereka lakukan di saat liburan. Masalah yang sama juga dihadapi warga Lake Victoria yang biasanya selalu mendapat banyak kunjungan wisatawan selama musim liburan.
Biasanya, Lake Victoria selalu padat di musim liburan. Dalam sekejap mata jumlah penghuni kota kecil di tepi danau ini bisa melonjak sampai sepuluh kali lipatnya. Musim liburan memang selalu merepotkan buat warga setempat terutama Sheriff Julie Forester (Elizabeth Shue) yang harus selalu siaga menghindarkan orang-orang dari masalah yang biasa timbul. Kali ini ada yang lain dengan Lake Victoria. Masalah biasanya tetap ada namun kali ini bertambah dengan satu masalah lagi yang jauh lebih parah.
Tiba-tiba saja danau di kota itu jadi penuh dengan ikan pemangsa manusia. Korban mulai berjatuhan dan untuk meyakinkan para wisatawan untuk tidak dekat-dekat dengan danau juga bukanlah pekerjaan mudah. Sheriff Julie hanya punya satu pilihan. Ia harus memusnahkan ikan-ikan pemakan manusia ini secepatnya atau korban akan semakin berjatuhan.

Sinopsis (English)
Spring is a good time for a vacation. The lake used to be the right location to spend the holidays, letting go of daily fatigue. Usually when it's on vacation, everything is out of control and not a few who ended up regretting what they did in the holidays. The same problem also faced by citizens of Lake Victoria which is usually always get a lot of tourists visit during the holiday season.
Typically, Lake Victoria is always crowded in the holiday season. In a trice the number of inhabitants of a small town on the shores of this lake can be increased up to ten times that. The holiday season is always a hassle for the locals especially the Sheriff Julie Forester (Elizabeth Shue) who must always be alert to avoid people from the usual problems that arise. This time there are others with Lake Victoria. The problem is usually fixed but this time there was another problem increases with a much more severe.
Suddenly the lake in the city so full of human predators of fish. Casualties started to fall and to convince tourists not to go near the lake is also not an easy task. Sheriff Julie had only one choice. He must destroy the man-eating fish as soon as possible or will increasingly fall victim.
