Melanjutkan sukses rekor tahun 2006, Pirates of the Caribbean: Dead Man's Chest, para pahlawan Will Turner (Orlando Bloom), Elizabeth Swann (Keira Knightley) bersekutu dengan Kapten Barbossa (Geoffrey Rush) untuk membebaskan Kapten Jack Sparrow (Johnny Depp) dari perangkap pikiran Davy Jones yang membelenggunya, sementara di kapal hantu Flying Dutchman dan Davy Jones, di bawah kendali Perusahaan Perdagangan India Timur, membuat kekacauan sepanjang Tujuh Laut.
Melewati sejumlah pengkhianatan, pembocoran rahasia dan perairan liar, mereka harus menemukan jalan menuju Singapura yang eksotik dan menghadapi pembajak Cina yang licik, Sao Feng (Chow Yun-Fat). Saat semuanya berada di ujung dunia, masing-masing akhirnya harus membuat keputusan akhir, yaitu pertempuran–tidak hanya jiwa dan kekayaan mereka, namun seluruh masa depan para Pembajak Laut yang penuh kebebasan, menjadi tak pasti.

Sinopsis (English)
Continuing a successful record in 2006, Pirates of the Caribbean: Dead Man's Chest, the heroes Will Turner (Orlando Bloom) and Elizabeth Swann (Keira Knightley) allied with Captain Barbossa (Geoffrey Rush) to free Captain Jack Sparrow (Johnny Depp) from his mind Davy Jones membelenggunya, while in the ghost ship Flying Dutchman and Davy Jones, under the control of the East India Trading Company, wreaks havoc across the Seven Seas.
Passing through some treachery, betrayal and wild waters leakage, they must forge their way to exotic Singapore and confront the cunning Chinese Pirate Sao Feng (Chow Yun-Fat).
