Tidak ada yang tahu sejak kapan kucing dan anjing bermusuhan tetapi sampai sekarang dua hewan sering menjadi hewan peliharaan manusia selalu bermusuhan satu sama lain. Meskipun perseteruan ini telah berlangsung selama berabad-abad tetapi selalu ada suatu kondisi ketika dua musuh besar harus mengesampingkan ego mereka demi satu tujuan lain yang lebih besar.
Bangsa-bangsa anjing dan kucing dipaksa untuk bekerja bersama-sama karena kelangsungan hidup mereka semua akan tergantung pada hasil kerjasama ini. Berita bahwa Kitty Galore (Bette Midler), kucing mengeong mantan agen rahasia, berencana untuk menundukkan bangsa serta menguasai anjing dan kucing ini jelas membuat takut anjing dan kucing.
Mereka tahu bahwa Kitty Galore tidak pernah bermain. Mereka tahu bahwa rencana Kitty Galore berhasil maka seluruh dunia akan terancam, termasuk manusia dan semua hewan di dalamnya. CATS & DOGS: The Revenge DARI KITTY Galore adalah sekuel dari film CATS & DOGS, dirilis pada 2001. Dan hasilnya tidak terlalu memuaskan, setidaknya tidak seperti yang pertama.
