Meskipun untuk permusuhan sedangkan antara Edward Cullen (Robert Pattinson) dan Jacob Black (Taylor Lautner) dapat diredam tetapi masalah yang dihadapi oleh Bella Swan (Kristen Stewart) ternyata belum selesai. Tahun sekolah hampir berakhir dan Bella harus segera membuat pilihan.
Permusuhan antara vampir dan Wolfpack ini sudah ratusan tahun dan tidak dapat dihentikan tapi Bella juga tidak mungkin untuk memilih antara Edward dan Jacob. Bella mencintai Edward, tapi ia juga tidak ingin kehilangan Yakub sebagai teman sementara dua laki-laki dalam hidup ini seolah-olah Bella tidak bisa akur. Jika ada sesuatu yang membuat suasana daerah yang agak tenang hanya perjanjian antara vampir dan Wolfpack masih digelar hari ini.
Pada saat suasana tidak menyenangkan karena hal ini, masalah baru muncul. Teror vampir lagi meletus. Victoria (Bryce Dallas Howard) 0 membunuh beberapa warga kota Seattle dengan tujuan membangun pasukan Bayi yang baru lahir untuk melawan Keluarga Cullen dan Wolfpack untuk melindungi Bella. perang Bella dalam diri mereka juga semakin mengamuk. Dia segera harus membuat keputusan antara tetap manusia atau mengikuti Edwards dan berubah menjadi vampir.
Ini bukan pertama kalinya sutradara David Slade berurusan dengan vampir. Sutradara juga bekerja pada ini sebelum film tentang makhluk pengisap darah, meskipun dengan nuansa jauh berbeda. Kali ini David tidak hanya membuat film vampir tetapi menerjemahkan karya-karya novel populer Stephenie Meyer ke dalam bentuk visual dan itu bukanlah pekerjaan mudah.
Dua film sebelumnya bukan karya sutradara David Slade dan itu harus membuat banyak kompromi. Di satu sisi ia harus mampu membawa versi novelnya secara keseluruhan untuk para penggemar novel ini populer tidak marah sementara di sisi lain ia juga memiliki kreativitas sebagai direktur. Masalah lain adalah bahwa hal itu tidak bisa terlalu banyak untuk mengubah nada dari dua bagian sebelumnya.
Untungnya David Slade cukup bagus di meramu berbagai kondisi sebelumnya pada bagian keempat, yang berjudul THE TWILIGHT SAGA: Eclipse. Beberapa seperti styling bagian kedua penembakan dari udara dan penggunaan kamera genggam yang membuat gambar sehingga jauh lebih dinamis dipertahankan sedangkan penggambaran kota Seattle yang terkena wabah vampir sebagai penafsiran David Slade tentang apa ia dapat dari pengalaman bekerja pada 30 HARI MALAM.
Waktu merasa lebih baik dari bagian kedua yang berjalan lambat bahkan tidak dapat dipungkiri jika dialog antara pemain itu tidak jauh berbeda dengan dua film yang mendahuluinya. Saya tidak menyalahkan memang karena film ini dibuat untuk konsumsi remaja yang jelas-jelas tidak ingin dialog yang terlalu berat. Dan karena bagian ketiga ini sebenarnya merupakan bagian dari biaya yang paling produksi, maka dipastikan presentasi visual yang begitu jauh lebih baik daripada dua bagian sebelumnya.

Sinopsis (English)
Although for a while hostilities between Edward Cullen (Robert Pattinson) and Jacob Black (Taylor Lautner) can be muted but the problems faced by Bella Swan (Kristen Stewart) apparently has not been completed. The school year is almost over and the Bella must immediately make a choice.
Hostilities between the vampire and the Wolfpack are already hundreds of years old and it can not be terminated but Bella is also not possible to choose between Edward and Jacob. Bella loves Edward, but he also did not want to lose Jacob as a friend while the two men in this life as though Bella could not get along. If anything that makes the atmosphere a bit quiet area just a treaty between the vampires and the Wolfpack are still held today.

Victoria (Bryce Dallas Howard) 0 killed several inhabitants of the city of Seattle with the intention of building Newborns troops to fight the Cullen family and the Wolfpack to protect Bella. Bella war within themselves also are increasingly raging. He must soon make a decision between the human remains or follow Edwards and turned into a vampire.
This is not the first time director David Slade dealing with vampires. The director is also working on this before the movie about this blood-sucking creature, though with a far different shades. This time David did not just make a vampire movie but translate the works of Stephenie Meyer's popular novel into a visual form and it is not easy work.
The two previous films are not the work of director David Slade and it must make many compromises. On the one hand he should be able to carry the version of his novel as a whole for the fans of this popular novel did not upset while on the other hand he also had creativity as a director. Another problem is that it can not be too much to change the tone of the two previous sections.
Fortunately David Slade pretty good at concocting a variety of conditions earlier in the fourth section, entitled THE TWILIGHT SAGA: Eclipse. Some like the styling of the second part of shooting from the air and the use of handheld camera that makes so much more dynamic image is maintained while the depiction of the city of Seattle who was hit by outbreaks of vampires as David Slade's own interpretation of what he can from the experience of working on 30 DAYS OF NIGHT.
Timing feels better than the second part which was running slow even can not be denied if the dialogue between the players was not much different with the two films that preceded it. I do not blame indeed because this movie was made for consumption of the teenager who clearly did not want a dialogue that is too heavy. And because of this third part is actually a part of the most cost of production, then certainly its visual presentation was so much better than the two previous sections.
